...again after a long break from blogging. This is not intentional, but just did not find time to write!! And the next two weeks holds no promises too…Lots of things have been happening… we had the BITS-ISB football match (Sierra-Atlantic Cup) last Sunday. ISB won, but it was good to see so many BITS alumni turn up for the ISB information session and the football match. This is going to be an annual event henceforth to encourage more interactions between ISB and the BITS alumni.
I played a Frisbee match today against section-C. Though we lost again, this game is a lot of fun and I only remember playing this during my school days in the Marina Beach with my sisters :)
I don’t have any weekend this time as I have 9 am to 5 pm Business Presentation Skills workshop tomorrow and day-after. We have 2 assignments to submit on Monday and a presentation which we need to prepare. With the midterms for Corporate Finance and Operations Management coming up on Friday, sleep would definitely be the sacrifice for the next week.
I need to look into the full elective list for an indicative bidding to help the ASA office plan our electives. Thorough research by all students now would benefit us all later as the plan would be finalized based on our responses. For me, this needs to wait till the next weekend to finalize. Though I am sure I want to do a major in finance, I might mostly do some operations courses also as I am developing an interest for the same.
